Pick-Up: Our courier will attempt pick-up up to 2 times within 48-72 hours after your request is accepted. If pick-up is unavailable, you may need to ship the product to our warehouse yourself.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging. No stains, odors, damage, or missing parts. Sets must be returned as complete sets.
Exchange Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and approve your item.
If Out of Stock: If your requested size/product isn’t available, you can select another product or receive a gift card.
Refunds: All approved returns are refunded via credit note sent to your registered email.
